Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests
  • Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information
  • Manage all commercial data and analysis (system requests, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, products submitted etc)
  • Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions and overall client support
  • Collaborate with Customer Care team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Perform general commercial administrative tasks and reporting
  • If systems & tools superuser: be the regional or local expert of the system/tool functionalities and usage, as well as corresponding working processes and guidelines. Organize training to end-users for each new tool or major change. Provide daily support to end users when needed. Inform the tool global owner about any issue, communication, training or improvement needed.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships (back office) at defined level and build market/customer/product intelligence in the field of responsibility
  • Oversee key processes within the sales organization: break assignment into tasks, identify resources needed to complete the task efficiently and successfully, monitor and ensure good execution (project management, pricing,

  • Min. a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, overall support to a fast paced team
  • Able to work independently in an organized & meticulous way
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Possess strong MS office tool knowledge (i.e. excel, powerpoint, word)
