IS Senior Business Manager -Customer Supply Networ


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a single point of contact for business senior executives in your domain, build trust and foster a collaborative relationship
  • Provide functional knowledge to support business objectives (technology watch, best practices) pertaining to your domain, propose and document added value IS solutions
  • Ensure SLAs are met, support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices implementation
  • Update and report on your project portfolio and Comply with IS methodologies, processes and tools
  • Propose organizational adjustment when required to maintain the right balance between service level /added value towards internal customers versus costs
  • Manage and develop a team of IS experts with various seniority level
  • Manage priorities, capacity and staffing within your team



We value:


  • 10-15 years of experience in IS
  • Experienced team manager in order to lead a team of 5+ FTEs
  • Experience in Planning, Shipping, Transportation and Customer Care in FMCG context is a strong plus
  • Lead several complex IS projects requiring sound technical understanding (SAP preferred)
  • Previous exposure to digital supply chain solutions (IoT, Smart Data, Mobility…)
  • Fluent in English + 2nd language (French is a strong plus), at ease in international environments
  • Excellent functional knowledge in transportation, planning and customer care systems (Ideally SAP ECC6, APO & MS Dynamics)
