The Commercial HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning the HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the organization. This role provides strategic HR guidance and support to the Norh America Health Nutrition & Care (HNC) and iHealth Commercial areas of the business to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives at the country level.

Your key responsibilities
• Strategic HR Planning : Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
•Employee Relations and Performance Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees
• Talent Development and Succession Planning: working closely with managers to develop and implement robust talent, retention and development plans.
• Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement competitive programs.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws Eee
-Org design, and strong team effectiveness working with leaders and their teams to drive manager capabilities and team dynamics

You bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 8 years, Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
