The HR Business Partner- Enabling play a critical role in aligning the HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the organization. This position will report into Country HRBP- Enabling. This position serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and provides HR guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives at the country level. This role will support the North America Enabling functions (Finance, IS , R&D, Legal, Quality, Procurement)

Your key responsibilities
• HR Planning : Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
Project Management and Planning
• Employee Relations and Performance Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees
• Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with managers to develop and implement robust development plans
• Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

You bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
