Business Excellence Specialist

Location: Grasse, France


Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and support commercial processes: ensure continuous improvement of systems, data management and processes to provide the most relevant business information and support, lead Sales excellence projects for the Natural Ingredient Segment community, train sales teams on systems and tools and lead the annual budget process, sales estimate and other associated trials
  • Provide in-depth (recurrent and ad hoc) analyses of commercial performance: monitoring and/or implementation of performance indicators (in relation to the previous, budget, medium-term planned objectives) for the Natural Ingredient Sales Department and share business strategy recommendations
  • Identify and track business opportunities & risks, improve margins and recommend actions
  • Contribute to specific case studies with price/cost modeling and monitor price impacts and impact on sales and margins
  • Develop tools and processes to coordinate and monitor the implementation of pricing strategies
  • Competitive Intelligence gathering and  contributes to Product Management process & tools


We value:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 4/5 year experience in consulting or internal audit ideally on commercial efficiency assignments. Experience in F&F industry would be a plus
  • Completed commercial efficiency, process optimization
  • Data analysis, project management, structure, autonomy, business acumen
  • Computer literacy and in depth mastering of systems & tools : from SAP to Pack office, mastering Excel
  • Flexibility, dynamic, leadership, proactivity, team spirit
  • Fluent in English
