Key Responsibilities:
• Master on-the-bench flavor creation and design in line with our Good Creative Practices.
• Acquire a robust understanding of manufacturing, analytical and quality capabilities paired with basic research and food science understanding.
• Work on concrete and supervised creation cases and understand the various challenges that may be encountered whilst creating.
• Learn and practice our state-of-the-art creation, project and portfolio management tools aligned with our digital transformation strategy.
• Acquire a perfect understanding of your market and its key categories.
• Successfully pass all the regular checkpoints including a final defense at the end of the 2 years of training.
We value:
• A minimum of a two-year university (bachelor) degree in chemistry, food chemistry, food technology, food science, or broader chemical engineering and science degrees.
• Creative and Innovative with an above-average sense of taste and smell.
• Intuitive with an innate curiosity and genuine interest in Food and Beverages.
• Good technical understanding of chemistry and physical chemistry.
• Effective Teamwork and productive working relationships in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent Professional English and local language.
