Your key responsibilities

 

  • Develop, lead and execute comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation 
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project, including developing contingency plans, implementing risk management strategies and monitoring progress 
  • Conduct Project Governance meetings to discuss project progress, address risks and issues, make strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with Project Sponsors and Program Team 
  • Actively engage stakeholders and build relationships, understanding their needs and maintaining effective communication throughout the project 
  • Provide direction and guidance to the project team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project records

Important notes 


This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
