Join our dynamic HR Effectiveness Monitoring Team as HR Business Manager to play a polyvalent role overseeing the HR Services provided by the Shared Service and serving as the essential liaison between the HR Function and the Procurement and Compliance Teams. Your key responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the delivery of HR services provided by the Shared Service monitoring SLA’s, KPIs and Quality of the Service 
  • Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of all HR Shared Services initiatives 
  • Support audits, customer claims and risks management requests providing necessary documentation, and assisting in audit preparations and responses 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance efforts and audit findings, always ensuring audit-readiness 
  • Coordinate within the HR function the review of the HR policies & Delegation of Authorities (DOAS) 
  • Coordinate, Analyze & support initiatives of HR Spend

You bring

 

  • +5 years of experience managing and working in HR or Compliance processes 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources functions, policies, and procedures 
  • Familiar with the different Shared Services Models and their way of working 
  • Understanding risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices 
  • Familiar with internal audit methodologies and processes 
  • Familiar with the project management principles, methodologies, and best practices 

 

Important notes 
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
