Financial Operations and Cash Projects Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Capex Office & Cash Projects Coordinator. In this role, you will be an integral part of supporting the Capex Approval Request and Cash Optimization processes within our organization.

Your key responsibilities

Assist in Coordinating Investment Processes: 

  • Support various Investment processes at the Business Unit (BU), Business Partner (BP), and Group levels.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of Capex projects and resource capitalization.

Collaborate on Capex Good Practices:

  • Engage with Business Units and cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized Capex good practices.
  • Assist in implementing and upholding best practices across the organization.

Participate in Budget Planning:

  • Support the planning, prioritization, and allocation processes during the yearly
  • budget planning and throughout the year.
  • Ensure alignment of activities with allocated budgets and assist in monitoring budget adherence.

Collaborate with Financial Teams:

  • Work closely with Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams.
  • Assist in capitalization forecasts, tracking actuals, and monitoring cash outlays, including considerations for working capital.

You bring

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy & proactive approach to tasks and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in modeling techniques, managing large data sets and IT literacy.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Internship or academic projects related to finance or investment processes would be beneficial.

 

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Planview and Jedox is a plus.
  • Showcasing an understanding of relevant tools used in Finance and Project Management.
