The Taste IMA Regional Marketing Manager is the lead the Marketing function for the region. This role forms part of the regional Strategy and Business Unit team, working closely with the Business Unit Managers for Savory, Sweet Goods and Beverage segments.
The Regional Marketing Manager collaborates with various functions including BU Leads, Sales and Technical to drive strategic marketing initiatives in the IMA region. This is a key role in the deployment of regional strategy into the market-based teams.

Your key responsibilities
- Regional functional lead for the IMA Marketing function.
- Manage the IMA Digital Marketing strategy & tools
- Drive strategic marketing initiatives in the IMA region
- Support IMA BU strategy deployment and execution via marketing capabilities & tools
- Research the market to better understand competitive landscape and identify opportunities to sell the Taste portfolio
- Manage the library of standard regional marketing materials to support the Cluster Commercial teams
- Lead internal marketing and communications for the IMA region
You bring
- University graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Food Science
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B within the food industry
- Strategic thinking, forward looking mindset and strong business development skill set
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Highly dedicated and passionate in marketing, driven with a high degree of personal motivation
- Can work effectively as part of a multifunctional team on complex projects
