Your key-responsibilities
- Strategize, Execute, and Exceed: Be the driving force behind achieving pre-defined sales objectives and financial profitability, delivering impressive results that exceed expectations
- Architect of Success: Design and implement strategic account plans that translate into tangible financial goals, both strategically and tactically
- Sales Visionary: Contribute to the development of the sales plan, infusing it with your strategic insights and forward-thinking ideas
- Master of Execution: Monitor and coordinate the implementation of the account plan, constantly assessing performance based on defined indicators. Take proactive measures and corrective actions, ensuring that targets are not just met but exceeded, leaving no room for compromise
- Networking Extraordinaire: Establish enduring networks across all layers of the defined accounts. Engage directly with key stakeholders and position them strategically within the account, accelerating development and breaking down barriers to forge robust business relationships
- Unveiling Opportunities: Identify and seize long-term business opportunities within the accounts, integrating them seamlessly into the overarching account strategy and plan

You bring
- Minimum of 5 years in client-facing sales positions
- Deep knowledge of Food & Beverage, Brewing & Ingredients Processing industries
- Broad view on industry and markets, in depth knowledge of products
- Fluency in English, additional languages might be an added value
- Ability to travel, approximately 40-50%
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Science / Business / Economics / Marketing or equivalent
