Marketing Manager

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assure added value to client’s product developments translating relevant marketing trends & consumer insights into inspiring and relevant fragrance solutions to our client and to consumers.
  • Lead marketing for a specific client supporting local, regional and global strategy differentiating Firmenich from our competence.
  • Work with a multi-cultural team managing proactive and reactive projects with excellence, creating business oriented product developments.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial, Consumer Insights and Fragrance Creation teams to produce innovative & expert solutions to client briefs and proactively work to identify trends; translating these trends into strategic opportunities for Firmenich and our customers.
  • Present and captivate audiences with relevant, creative & communicative storytellings about our fragrances using your understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
  • Work pro-actively to identify areas where Firmenich can improve and collaborate with both your own team and cross-functionally to implement improvements.

 

We value:

 

  • Fluent English and basic Spanish.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, branding or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience within the perfumery industries or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for fragrance & brand building.
  • Previous experience in presenting to big audiences.
