HR MANAGER
Location: São Paulo, (SP), Brazil
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with identified Brazilian business and operational areas in the execution of HR strategies & coaches Leaders;
- Manages the day-to-day HR operations, in line with HR global guidelines;
- Leads Human Resources practices and objectives intending to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality; productivity, high standards and goal achievement;
- Effectively manages employee relations issues, grievances and all disciplinary procedures in line with Firmenich Code of Ethics and Business Conduct;
- Participates in people processes such as sourcing and recruitment, talent management including succession planning, training delivery (where applicable), compensation and rewards and change management/culture transformation;
- Leads HR projects with the global and regional teams on demand.
