We are looking for a SHE Specialist to support SHE Manager to implement and building SHE culture at Cileungsi site and  within the local affiliate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SHE Manager to monitoring and maintain implementation of SHE Program at site, including work permit verification and implementation of LOTOTO.
  • Deliver basic SHE training and KAIZEN SHE Induction for new worker and contractor.
  • Liase with other department in term of updating Risk Assessment (TBRA), Process hazard analysis and other risk assessment as per dsm-firmenich requirement and review job safety Analysis
  • Collecting SHE data and prepare for monthly report (environmental data, SHE Performance, updating regulation list and other administration work.
  • Executes the daily operations for the assigned task in compliance with SOP, SHE, and other guidelines
  • Implement contractor safety management
  • Site inspection and verified safety equipment inspection (PPE, First Box, Spillage kit, etc)
  • Monitor and FU action plan in IMS system and distribute to respective department
  • Serve two BU under SHE manager supervision


You bring:

  • At least 3 years experience as SHE Officer/Specialist in FMCG or chemical industry
  • Hold AK3 skill certification (AK3 umum, or first aider or fire fighter or others) is an advantage;
  • Have an interpersonal and people skills as well as good communication (Indonesian and English) and presentation skills;
  • Familiar with process safety, machinery safety, warehouse safety, office & lab safety, and environmental issue
  • Familiar and good understanding of Indonesia regulation.
  • Able to do teamwork
  • Have a great understanding of SHE Risk Assessment (HAZOP, HIRADC, JSA, or other), Process Safety, and Incident Investigation
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (ppt, excel, word, others)
  • Good understanding with OHS regulation and environment regulation
  • Knowledge of permit to work (Hot Work, working at height, confined space, LOTOTO, etc)
  • Knowledge of contractor safety management
