MATERIAL PROCUREMENT PLANNER

As a Material Planner for our Taste business unit you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient availability of materials for production. You will develop and manage the planning platform, aiming to reduce delivery times and costs of raw materials or finished products. Your role is essential to ensure efficient delivery to our customers.

 

Key Responsabilities

 

  • Follow up purchase orders placed with external and internal suppliers, as well as monitor their performance.

  • Work proactively to improve the supply process leading with the different roles involved in the process (purchasing, quality, logistics, suppliers, warehouse).

  • Maintain inventory levels aligned to target.

  • Set up metrics to identify recurring problems and trends.

  • Properly apply planning parameters and suggest changes or improvements

 

You bring

 

  • A degree in Business, Industrial, Chemical or Food Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in production planning at chemical, food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries.
  • Knowledge of SAP system 
  • Advanced Excel
  • English intermediate/advanced level
