As Commercial Director for our Taste, Texture & Health business unit, you will ensure the growth of high potential clients at national and regional level, leading a highly committed, motivated and cross-functional team; developing and executing a commercial strategy, achieving ambitious sales targets and building strong client relationships.

You will be responsible for developing and guiding the team of Accounts Managers and Commercial Assistants, ensuring high levels of excellence and personal and professional development.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop the commercial strategy for the Andean Region, Central America Region and Caribbean Region (Identify potential, resources, etc.).
• Continuously increase new business opportunities along the entire value chain, including disruptive innovations.
• Define and validate pricing and margin parameters for projects in the regions, in accordance with global guidelines.
• Manage the product lifecycle to ensure a high level of customer service and good customer satisfaction.
• Prepare annual account sales budget, monitor sales and profitability against targets.
• Lead and develop Accounts Managers and Sales Assistants.

You bring

• Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food or related careers.
• 7 years of experience in similar roles, in multinational Flavors or Consumer Goods companies.
• English level: Advanced.
• Travel: Regionally.
