Your key responsibilities
• Analyze market landscape, Drive strategic initiatives for organic or inorganic growth
• Initiate, develop and deploy marketing plans and actions to Firmenich staff and external clients.
• Develop and use creative communication methods and ways to deliver our message and gain competitive advantage
• Analyze market trends and data from internal and external databases and interpret with insight and foresight to identify trends and generate concept ideas
• Initiate market research for trend insights where necessary
• Translate marketing insights into inspiring and relevant flavor solutions and product concepts.
• Work as action leader in reactive project / workshop / innovation day together with other BD functions and present total solution to clients
• Build and maintain relationship with other Global and Zone Marketing and Business Development teams for collaboration and leverage of work and information
• Other tasks as assigned by Sr. Director Business Development "

You bring
• Bachelor degree or higher
• >5 years experience in food additive marketing/chemical industry B2b/Food industry related
• Strong PPT skill
• Good communication skill with local client/internal / International
• Innovation mindset
• Project management skill
