Transformation Senior Director

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide vision and strategy to transform the identified cross-divisional areas based on Corporate Transformation priorities and targets


  • Oversee the transformation program and its reporting of status for the different projects and at program level (vs plan, scope, budget & benefit case). Proactive Communication and updates on the progress/achievements to key stakeholders and governance bodies.


  • Lead and coach a team of project managers who have direct responsibility for delivery of cross- divisional and transversal projects


  • Analyze the painpoints, internal data insights, external industry market trends and best practices and provide direction and recommendations of how to enhance performance


  • Identify opportunities and build the pipeline of future initiatives to set up a long term transformation roadmap and get the projects validated


  • Manage regular communications and updates on the progress/achievements of the Program/ Projects to key stakeholders (Head of BPE, COO, Program Sponsors at DG level) and to the wider community


  • Support the Process Framework and Operating model design in terms of methodology and toolkits for End to End Processes.


  • Gain consensus across multiple layers at the Firmenich Organization and drive proactively the change and communication.



We value:


  • 10 years successful track record in framing, designing and leading transformation Programs. Advantageous to have experience in  Operating Model Design (Process, Organization & Governance, Technology & Data), E2E Processes simplification, Shared Services and GBS design & implementation, process improvements (Lean Management & Six Sigma methodologies), Digitalization (i.e. RPA, Data Mining & Analytics, tools implementation, etc.)


  • International & corporate experience ideally in the F&F industry or in a F&F clients, having started the professional career in business consulting running projects for B2B companies


  • Successful leading and managing a team of project managers / external consultants/ project team members not directly reporting to the role


  • Effective Change Leader with outstanding communication skills at all levels, capability to influence key stakeholders and able to build alliances and partnerships to drive results


  • Strong business acumen, flexibility, team spirit, growth mindset and creativity to come with “out of the box” solutions


  • Professional English with French preferred
