Transformation Procurement Manager & PMO

We have an immediate opportunity for a Procurement Transformation Manager to join our Procurement Transformation & Operations team. Your mission will be to manage projects enabling a step change in our Procurement ways of working.

 

The candidate will lead or support projects impacting the S2P process. You will support or lead projects (including IT tool implementation, Process improvement etc…), to ensure the continuous improvement of the Procurement organization. 

 

Location: Barcelona, Spain


Key Responsibilities: 


Support the Procurement transformation by:
•    Lead projects to support the evolution of the operating model of S2P
•    Performing process assessments, design & implementation of best practices solutions  
PMO of the S2P Operating Model:
•    PMO for the S2P projects – ensure best practice in terms of governance, change management etc…
•    Organize and run process improvement workshops following LEAN methodology.
•    Manage portfolio of process changes/projects impacting the S2P Stream - generated  from transformation, continuous improvement , delivery, IT or external source such as legal changes.
Support Operational Performance:
•    Ensure appropriate performance and data metrics are in place
•    Identify continuous improvements with our BPO partners

 

We value:


•    Degree from University or College in Engineering, Economics, Business administration, Science, Agronomy
•    Project Management Experience
•    At least 5-8 years' experience in procurement or on the Source to Pay process
•    Fluent written and spoken in English, French is a plus.
•    Business Process improvement using Lean techniques (Kaizen event) and Process mining tools (i.e. Celonis) 
•    Previous implementation of Procurement related tools eg. procurement suites (i.e. Ariba, Coupa, SRM and SAP).
•    Extremely good communication & influencing skills
