Transformation Director


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build the Process Framework and operating model for the E2E Lead to Brief Process connecting Process, Data, Technology, Organization, Talent, Compliance, Communication & Change Management and KPIs. 
  • Analyze the pain points, internal data insights, external industry market trends and best practices and provide direction and recommendations of how to enhance the overall performance of the E2E Lead to Brief Process to support Commercial Division goals. 
  • Define and continuously build the pipeline of transformation opportunities to be part of the Mid/Long Term Transformation Roadmap.
  • Build and animate the E2E Lead to Brief Process Governance Committee consisting of Senior leaders of all the functions involved
  • Oversee the transformation program and its reporting of status for the different projects and at program level (vs plan, scope, budget & benefit case). Proactive Communication and updates on the progress/achievements to key stakeholders and governance bodies.
  • Gain consensus across multiple layers at the Firmenich Organization and drive proactively the change and communication.

We value:


  • 7 years successful track record in leading transformation Programs and multiple projects in parallel, with a strong expertise in all customer facing business processes such Sales & Marketing and nice to have in Order to Cash. Ideally with knowledge about digital transformation for the Sales & Marketing processes (i.e. digital commerce, CRM, RPA, Data Analytics, AI, etc.). 
  • International & corporate experience ideally in the F&F industry or in a F&F clients, having started the professional career in business consulting running projects for B2B companies. 
  • Strong business acumen, flexibility, team spirit, growth mindset and creativity to come with “out of the box” solutions 
  • Effective Change Leader with outstanding communication skills at all levels, capability to influence key stakeholders and able to build alliances and partnerships to drive results.
  • Team Management skills including managing project team members not directly reporting to the role. 
  • Professional English with French preferred
