TTH Taste Innovation, Natural Platform and SR Business Finance Lead
Barcelona or flexible Europe


The Business Finance Lead role partners with Senior Management and Global Program Leadership across our Innovations, Naturals Platform/Tonality and Sugar Reduction Teams.  These teams are highly visible and influential to the Divisional performance.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to monthly revenue and profitability reporting, analyzing price and cost drivers, vitality metrics, expense monitoring, budgeting and forecasting, presentations to senior management, sales order analysis, business case reviews, along with ad hoc analyses.  Understanding of global currencies and currency conversions strongly recommended.  Candidate must be comfortable with creating structure and problem solving.  Candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines and prioritize requests across global teams.  Candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and distilling them down to main headlines.


The position is reporting to the Taste Head of Finance.

You key responsibilities


  • Partner with Senior Management of Global Teams, as part of their leadership team
  • Responsible for timely performance reporting to global teams, and maintenance of reporting filters - including comparisons of prior, budget, actual revenue, profitability and expenses
  • Lead annual budget process & quarterly forecasts within Global Teams, providing templates and variance analyses.  Review and challenge forecast/budget with Global VPs
  • Maintain the revenue projections file to compare against actual performance  
  • Support the Taste Head of Finance in understanding performance risks and opportunities and providing commentary.
  • Build and maintain  complex financial models to simulate and support financial scenarios and business cases.
  • Partner with the Division Controller, and TTH controlling team business & Operations to execute the strategy for the business and align it with TTH strategy and synergies deliveries. Prioritizes actions and investments, monitor KPIs to track implementation progress.
  • Be active contributor in the Digital/ERP transformation journey and process simplification with TTH FP&A.
  • Enforce financial policies and procedures.

You bring


  • Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings.  
  • Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability 
  • Team player, hands-on, good communication and ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. capacity to produce and communicate a synthetic view. Self-motivated, resilient, capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Capacity of Anticipation
  • Minimum of 5/10 years relevant finance experience as Finance Director, Business Controller, Pricing Officer having overseen region or Segment of minimum 0.2bn in revenues, with mixed commercial and finance experience.
  • Experience built in Life science, FMCG and/ or Manufacturing environment 
  • Building teams during change. Collaborating and influencing, excellent interpersonal skills
