Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Barcelona, Spain
 
Key Responsibilities:

 
•    Take the lead and ownership on planning and customer care activities for one of our Strategic Accounts
•    Performs daily production schedules in line with the batch size and inventory policies
•    Keeps service levels and inventory in alignment with the company’s targets
•    Efficiently processes Order-to-Cash activities from order entry through order confirmation till delivery at customer site
•    Acts as a single point of contact for all inquiries related to service and supply chain
•    Builds customer intimacy by continuously capturing relevant information on customers’ business, organization, processes, and constraints
•    Monitors relevant indicators that measure the level of service and propose related action plans for service improvements
•    Builds an intimate relationship with Firmenich commercial partners and stakeholders
•    Proactively seeks innovative ways to enhance customer's satisfaction and improve Firmenich operating efficiencies
 

We value:
 
•    3-5 years related experience with Planning and/or Customer Care
•    Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
•    Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
•    Detailed oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
•    Excellent computer skills in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and the ability to quickly learn new software/ERP packages, knowledge of SAP environment is a plus
•    Familiar with working in an industrial (ideally in Flavors & Fragrances) environment
•    Fluent in English, French is a plus
•    Team player and network builder
