We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the global materials team leading S&OP of global materials portfolios.

Your key responsibilities:
- Lead Global RM S&OP for own portfolios, creating scenarios and reach consensus on plan to be executed.
- Optimize the volume of RM to be procured within the Region/Global and distribute it accordingly.
- Ensure the Proper IG (incl. Ing plants and IG distribution)/EG PO creation following transport policies and standard alerts to use fix vendor and standard MoT.
- Collaboration with procurement and production sites to ensure the proper volumes are available per region.
- Checks with Procurement, Suppliers, formula management for alternative sources for global allocation and/or in case of need.
- Adjudicate supply in case of limited availability liaising with all stakeholders
- Regular review of planning parameters and master data for Global RMs.
- Coordinate and lead the demand plan with support of IBP and regional leads.
- Work with PLM for new items, discontinuations and or replacements, also in close collaboration with sales at global and regional level.

You bring:
- University degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Supply Chain Planning techniques
- Proficient in Inventory management
- Detailed understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning concepts and their role in supply planning
- Detailed understanding of how a supply plan is generated and managed
