Regional Pricing Senior Manager

Location: Barcelona ( option 2 Paris)

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Strategically lead the pricing function as a driver for growth and profitability for the Region
•    Define and prepare an annual pricing strategy and support it’s execution by the commercial teams through proactive partnerships with all pricing process stakeholders
•    Analyze and revise margin guidelines and regional pricing rules and processes to reflect market dynamics and regional Business strategies
•    Lead implementation of Global Pricing initiatives/ transformation programs into the Region
•    Support the sales team in price negotiations 
•    Define and implement Pricing roadmap for the Region
•    Build and drive a value-based pricing culture
•    Analyze gaps and recommend improvements of the Perfumery pricing rules, tools and processes 
•    Close collaboration with Regional VP, commercial team, controlling, global pricing
•    Reports to Regional VP, with a dotted line to Global Pricing Director 

We value:

•    5+ years of Price Management experience in a leading role in a B2B pricing function (F&F experience a benefit but not a must) with good analytical skills
•    5+ year successful experience in B2B Sales and superior negotiation skills
•    Experience with creating and implementing a pricing strategy successfully
•    Team oriented change agent, influencer and excellent communicator
•    Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) is a plus
•    Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
