P&B Finance Business Analyst

The P&B Finance Analyst serves a financial analysis within the P&B business unit supporting the Personal Care business line. This position will perform Financial Planning & Analysis activities and backfilling for the PC business controller while the PC business controller is involved in other finance transformation projects.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Monthly closing & forecasting activities for PCA global
  • RAF & Budget specific activies
  • GPx & Devana deep dive: Analysis of sales & GPx data: Validation and steering of PCA profitability and deviations as preparation for discussions with commercial team and Aroma business team 
  • Preparation of slides for PCA MBR, PCA LT meetings, QRE presentations, RAF presentations, MBR with HNC (now P&B) presentations, Town Hall presentations
  • KAU OPEX (monthly deep dive + fcst) - Monitoring of OPEX development for PCA KAU

You bring

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant finance experience as Finance Analyst, Business Controller, having overseen region or Segment, preferable with commercial finance experience.
  • Strong business and strategic acumen
  • Expert in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office
  • SAP Experience 
  • Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability.
