DSM and Firmenich are going through a merger. The combined company must manage its master data in a consistent way. The Group MDM organization (±40 people) will lead this exercise. The primary tasks of the incumbent are to coordinate with stakeholders data cleansing, conversion and upload in Informatica and SAP.

Your key responsibilities

• Support M&A, business and IT projects (such as ERP implementation) to ensure adequate provision of master data is set up,
• Coordinate data cleansing activities with stakeholders. Implement data readiness reports, reconciliation reports and publish data conversion metrics for projects in scope,
• Operate the data conversion framework, report issues and propose improvement ideas,
• Perform data load in target systems (test and production environment) as per project schedule,
• Enforce proper data governance within the frame of Group policies

You bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data conversion projects in an international company,
• Good understanding of business processes and how they relate with Master Data objects,
• Good knowledge of SAP and data load techniques (such as LSMW, SAP GUI scripting…),
• Experience of using Informatica as ETL a plus,
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with the wide range of individuals,
• Your Ability to drive decisions and sometimes to push for resolution in a positive way
