Logistics Customer Experience Assistant

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Key responsibilities:


  • Provide support and work closely with the Customer Care team, gradually assuming tasks of increasing responsibility
  • Perform activities linked to order management, planning, logistics and supply chain
  • Liaise with different customers and work closely with various internal departments

  • You have an advanced level of English 
  • Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
  • Quick learner capable of multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Knowledge of MS office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus
