Ingredients Digital Sales Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

About the role:

Firmenich is looking for a talented individual to join our Sales team as a Digital Sales/Project Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, digital savvy, and business driven. The Digital Manager will be responsible for strategically accelerating the digitalization of our Ingredients sales to the F&F industry.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Accelerate digital transformation of Firmenich F&F Ingredients Sales
  • Develop e-commerce platform
    • Building on current digital assets on logistics, regulatory and marketing
    • Leading or contributing to transversal projects within Ingredients and Firmenich cross divisions teams
    • Collaborating closely with sales, supply, and IS teams
  • Develop and manage digital sales funnel (E2E) : increasing revenues, penetrating new markets, and improving customer experience
  • Enable data collection and enhancement to grow customer profiling and revenue management

  • 5 year experience in sales and digital environments
  • Expertise in B2B e-commerce, especially sales and distribution features
  • Up-to-speed digital awareness on the full sales funnel, from promotion to cash entry
  • Creative mind to challenge status quo and try new tactics
  • Intrapreneurship mindset – startups experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen with motivation from exceeding business target
  • Experience in managing transformational and transversal projects : interaction skills, organization and deadlines management
