IS Director - Finance & HR

Key Responsibilities: 


•    Plan and drive the implementation of the Finance & HR IS strategy, the strategic initiatives and must-win battles that will drive IS operations
•    Manages the overall demand and delivers the project pipeline for the Business from earliest stage of engagement to deployment and transition to support (idea, initiative, enhancement, PoC, pilot, project, KT)
•    Provide functional knowledge to the Business with proven and innovative tools to support the strategy and roadmap
•    Overseas the Business-related IT Platforms, server and desktop software, licenses, Business-related Vendors and End-to-End Services
•    Promote IS Value to Key Business Stakeholders though appropriate communication actions
•    Manage People development from plan to execution


We value:


•    Degree in Finance Business and/or Computer Science or an MBA 
•    At least 5 years of experience in a similar field and domain specific knowledge of compliance information systems (including remote team) in an international environment
•    Experience in project planning, execution and application portfolio lifecycles
•    Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
•    Experience with RPA, Machine Learning and new technologies in Finance area is a plus
•    Excellent business process know-how related to SAP and Success Factors in related areas
•    Fluent level of English and other languages can be an advantage
