ITSM Process Manager

 

Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage and own the IT employee lifecycle workflow and related master data within ITSM processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Identity and Access Management team
  • Create and maintain access management processes and related workflows in our IS service catalog platform, automate whenever possible
  • Participate in projects and collaborate with other ITSM process owners and managers to develop processes in other areas of service management (strategy, design, transition and operation)
  • Create lean processes adding value to the business, using an agile approach, track process performance and efficiency and run continuous process improvement activities

 

We value:

 

  • Previous experience in Identity and access management, IS employee lifecycle management and good ITSM process engineering skills
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in this field
  • ITIL V3 Foundation with a Practitioner certification
  • Organized, methodical work-style, attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management 
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment, able to work independently
