End User Experience Program Sr Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide overall leadership for the Workplace & Collaboration End-User Transformation program and drive and measure user adoption
  • Creating and delivering digital roadmaps and strategies at global scale. 
  • Work with senior IS and business stakeholders and translate their business objectives into digital strategies.
  • Manage the relationship with strategic vendors 
  • Establish and maintain digital technology radar and drive innovation by identifying Lead the team of digital service managers including people management functions
  • Develop and execute a plan to create high-performance service delivery organization  

 

We Value:

 

 

  • Minimum of ten years of IT Program/Project Management experience including both waterfall and agile lifecycle project management, software development and infrastructure deployment methodologies according to industry best practices with proven record of delivered End-User Transformation programmes
  • Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues
  • Ability to negotiate and shape a deal including understanding pricing and risk
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
