Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal documentation and data management linked to: statuary, patents, trademarks, contracts and legal matters

  • Invoice management: Creation of new suppliers, purchase orders, invoice review, good receipts and payment follow up

  • Meetings support: Preparation and uploading of material needed for meetings and monitoring (e.g. minutes, presentations and reports)

  • Administrative support: Arrangements for visits, travel, interviewing of candidates and organizing internal meetings

  • Knowledge of key legal or intellectual property principles

  • Strong IT skills

  • Excellent time management

  • Graduate in business or related area

  • Advanced level of English, with French and Spanish being a plus
