IBP Director - EMEA&I

Location: Barcelona, Spain  



Key Responsibilities:

Developing the IBP strategy & process for the region, monitoring, across the 0-18 months horizon including IBP monthly cycle, integration and alignment of all key functions, alignment with finance


  • Achieve profitability, cash and service level targets through timely decision making in exec IBP.

  • Identify, define and lead initiatives that will drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy of the value streams and region

  • Ensure cost-effective, timely fulfilment for internal/external customer demand.

  • Setup the IBP process; ensure ownership of sr. execs incl. active participation and alignment of commercial and SC in all service, inventory and SC cost-related decisions; provide the necessary and accurate Responsible to shape the Supply and Demand Planning balancing by defining proper scenarios and its evaluation.



We Value:


  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree majoring in business or engineering or similar, 11+ years of experience in the end-to-end supply chain, including 6+ years of experience in management roles and 5+ years in S&OP, demand and/or supply planning.

  • Knowledge of business units, products and geographies within the organization, including an in-depth understanding of sales, finance, demand planning and supply planning; Working knowledge of the commercial side of the business in the region as well as operations; Product life-cycle management.
