HRBP & Project Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain



Supporting Global Operations (M&A, Business Process Excellence, Information Services and Workplace Solutions), and  Legal & Compliance divisions, you will be responsible for providing analytical expertise and  Business Partnership support to the 2 divisions as well as delivery of strategic and global divisional HR projects. In relation with the VPs HR, Reg HRBP Europe, you will also be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for Talent Development in the Region.

  • Working closely with local HRs, Supports the divisions on HR yearly processes including Talent, Rewards, Engagement,… focusing on employees and managers experience
  • Participate/lead global divisional HR related projects
  • Provide analysis of Reporting - HR KPIs, dashboard along with recommendations to shape improvement actions for the divisions
  • Prepare decks and participates in global divisional executive meetings - monitor progress and follow up on actions items as needed
  • Lead/facilitate workshops ad hoc in partnership with the divisions
  • Support New ways of working in both divisions, challenge and guide COEs for increased impact on employee experience
  • Lead Talent Development for the Europe region:
    • Define and execute learning strategies and programs for the region in partnership with the Global COE
    • Coordinate with local HRs in Europe and deliver the learning agenda e-learning courses and workshops linked to our global strategy
    • Lead Regional Talent Reviews


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Data science with Human Resources specialization
  • Around 5 years of related experience as HR Business Partner within a multinational company with influencing skills
  • Experience in Talent Development and learning field
  • Experience in working with SAP-HR
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & excel
  • Experience driving process improvements with an ability to think differently, to bring new ways of working
  • Self starter and autonomous
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at several levels of management
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal. Any other European languages are a plus
