HR Specialist, Rewards & Benefits CoE

 

 

Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Supports the design, communication, implementation and administration of Global Rewards strategy, plans and policies, including profit sharing plans, long and short-term incentive plans, recognition programs, Total Rewards Statement (TRS).
  • Provides reports, analysis and audits, especially on global Rewards processes, such as Job evaluation, Benchmarking, Salary Review, Gender pay gap analysis, bonus and incentives schemes, TRS, extensively using HR IS system and digital tools to bring relevant insights
  • Act as contact & coordination point for the HR community and people managers for Rewards matters
  • Identifies and drives process improvements, troubleshoots  and reaches resolution of Rewards related issues
  • Take charge of the Rewards CoE’s administration, including the Wave pages update and invoice management in internal tools and with external providers
  • Support the Global Benefits team, including analysing of Mercer benefits audit report, Pension, Non-insured benefits, develop actions, follow renewals of insurance contracts and provide support to HR community

  • Strong in analytical and problem solving, methodical planning & organizing
  • High level in quantitative analysis/Excel, good knowledge of SAP, HTML, Wave and other MS Office tools. Knowledge and previous experience with Success Factors is an asset.
  • Communication and collaborative skills to foster an efficient and agile work relationship between global and local teams. English is a must, French and Spanish would be an asset – both oral and written
  • Global Project management skills in a matrix organization with the ability to cut through the complexity in a clear and concise way
  • Data-driven decision making abilities in particular HR/organizational people data, able to effectively communicate the insights to internal stakeholders.
