Global Regulatory Data Compliance Specialist

Location open to: Barcelona, Spain or Princeton, New Yersey, United States of America


Key Responsibilities:

  • Input new regulatory requirements in databases (CoreDB, Oxygen)
  • Ensure data / documentation integrity
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of information systems and databases
  • Provide best-in class support to the Flavors Division and other GRS teams on regulatory aspects
  • Identify and communicate the impact of regulatory changes
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes / best practices related to data management



We value:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemistry, Biology or other related scientific field
  • Ideally 2/3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with good knowledge of food, flavor and chemical regulations, database systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
  • Service and results-oriented professional
  • Forward looking and creative thinker. Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven capabilities in change / project management. High attention to detail and a sense of curiosity
