Customer Care Trainee
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support and work closely with the Customer Care team, gradually assuming tasks of increasing responsibility
- Perform activities linked to order management, planning, logistics and supply chain
- Liaise with different customers and work closely with various internal departments
- Actively participate to Supply Chain Projects Positively impacting the customer experience

- Recent graduated of a Degree in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics
- You have an advanced level of English
- Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
- Quick learner capable of multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Knowledge of MS office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus
