Capacity Planner

Location: Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a Planner with at least two years in similar roles (logistic, production planning, material planning...). Capacity planners are at the center of the Supply chain and do need to balance capacity, raw materials and inventory to deliver the best service possible to our customer. They must deliver a realistic and optimized plan to manufacturing, they also need to make sure manufacturing is performing as planned. Capacity planners are in direct contact with various partners such as manufacturing, quality, customer representatives, supply planning and logistics. Capacity planning rely on strong processes that needs to be done daily with rigor. The capacity planner must deal with a lot of information and should take the right decision. It requires resilience and resistance to stress.

Your key responsibilities:

• Perform daily production schedules in accordance with available capacity and Raw materials.
• Confirm and ensure proper follow up of customer orders from order entry till departure.
• Manage proactive communication to Customer Service.
• Maintain proper master data to ensure right level of service and inventory minimizing costs.
• Participate to various continuous improvement projects.
• Lead coordination meeting with stakeholders.
