Account Manager, Scentmate by Firmenich

Key Responsibilities:


•    Develop a successful working relationship with client contacts at the senior level in Iberia and Italy
•    Build and strengthen relationships with the client organization, increase Firmenich visibility to a broader audience and promote Firmenich as a strong strategic solution provider
•    Proactively identify and approach new business targets according to cluster strategy.
•    Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define an action plan accordingly
•    Adapt to changing market environment and translate new business trends into opportunities as well as relevant workflows
•    Establish Firmenich as clients’ key partners by managing successfully all client interactions, and get all possible clients’ briefs
•    Get a clear and complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into Firmenich projects, and brief internal partners
•    Lead/coordinate projects with internal partners and with clients (both proactive and reactive)
•    Preparation of sales analysis and reports
•    Monitor sales and profitability versus objectives

 

We Value:


•    Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
•    5 years of professional experience in perfumery sales business/fragrance industry
•    Good understanding of business, sales role and objectives and ability to develop successful client relationship
•    Ability to define and prioritize action plans according to business opportunities and success factors
•    Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients’ projects
•    Business & Finance acumen
•    Computer literacy - English and local language
