Account Manager - Meat Ingredients

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100% Focus on Sales, developing long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients with the largest companies in Spain
  • Visit customers and arrange regular visits of Campus’ Technical Expert 
  • Keep regular contact with Campus’ R&D Department for the products
  • Arrange visits at Campus’ in order to run technical tests, seminars and customer visits
  • Prepare and keep updated the yearly budget for each customer and also perform competition analysis
  • Provide ideas and input to advance Campus’ products portfolio to increase market share


We value:


  • Spanish native level and excellent command of English
  • Ideally a degree in Food Technology/ Meat Technology or Food Science/ Technology
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat technologies and ingredients application
  • Solid experience and proven track record in Sales
  • Drive for results, with competitive mindset, self-motivated team player, proactive approach to be able to develop business ‘from scratch’
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions
  • Availability to travel
