Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GBU Beauty Home Care fragrance business  in key Asia Pacific markets
  • Drive the assigned categories to achieve agreed business  growth targets i.e. sales budget, target margins and sales forecast accuracy
  • Develop the commercial and creative strategy and lead the implementation of a business plan aligned with the GBU objectives and account needs
  • Contribute to the overall GBU  business growth plans in line with global strategies and objectives
  • Lead a project management team composed of perfumers, fragrance development, technical, consumer insights and marketing professionals
  • Build and maintain relationship with key customer contacts i.e. Brand, Marketing, R&D Innovation, Procurement, Supply Chain and Material Planner teams
  • Understand customer’s business operations, product lines , brand strategies and consumer targets to provide a value-added advantage in managing the account plans
  • Work closely with the Regional Director and Global Category Managers to identify and translate new opportunities into actionable plans
  • Support the Regional Director in representing the GBU to stakeholders within the global network

 

We value:

  • At least 3-5 year experience as  Marketing, Brand and/or Account Manager
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
  • Knowledge in Fragrances, Beauty & Skin Care category an advantage
  • Strong interest in product development and consumer understanding an advantage
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skill and can lead a cross-functional team in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good command of English and Thai Languages in both written and verbal communication
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel (> 15%)
