Application Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily brief-related tasks and apply knowledge during flavor selection, evaluation and application development independently
• Develop and explore application recipes of various range of products
• Work closely with application leads and category managers to come up with creative applications and concepts as part of proactive initiatives
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the pilot plant lab which includes standard dairy, beverage, savory and processed meat processing equipment
• Prepare application samples for promotional roll outs to local clients
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies
• Be a technical specialist in developing and promoting our flavor solutions to clients

You bring:

• Educational background in Food Technology or any science related studies
• At least 5 years of experience in food formulation or flavors
• Understanding of most dairy, beverage, savory and processed meat applications, ingredients and processes
• Hands-on and proficient in prototype development
