Account Manager - Flavors



Location: Denmark or Sweden 
Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the largest Food customers in the Nordics, you will own the relationship
  • Ability to effectively identify customer needs and match with relevant Firmenich capabilities  
  • Identify new business opportunities, decision factors, success criteria and define action plans accordingly
  • Build extensive relationships throughout customers organization’s within R&D, sales, procurement and marketing
  • Establish Firmenich as clients’ key partner by managing successfully all client interactions, and obtaining potential clients’ briefs
  • Get clear and complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into Firmenich projects, and brief internal partners
  • Build the account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability vs. objectives, control financial aspects of the accounts, executing pricing strategy and price negotiations
  • Lead projects with internal partners and with clients
