Sign in, check “Job Management” and “Jobs applied” to view your status on the positions you have applied to.

How do I know my resume was received?

You will receive an email notification confirming your application was received. This email will contain the title of the position you’ve applied to.

Our recruitment process may vary based on the role, country and level of the position you are applying to. We value your time and strive for simplicity throughout the interview process. Our ambition is to keep the process moving for you as quickly as possible.

I don’t see a job that fits my skill set, can I still submit my resume to Firmenich?

Yes,  we encourage you to create a profile and sign up for our job alerts. We will email you opportunities based on the criteria you have selected.  To create a profile, select “Options” and “Job Alerts” and set up a new job alert using key words for Division, County, job function or employment type.

Can I be considered for multiple jobs?

Yes, you may apply for any and all jobs that you feel you are qualified and interested in.  Your application will be considered for each job individually. 

Do I need to be eligible to work in your country? 

For legal reasons, we are obligated to follow each country’s immigration process. This may mean giving priority to candidates who already have the right to work in the location they are applying for.

Will you support my application for a work visa?

Firmenich is committed to finding the best talent and hiring the most suitable people for our roles. As a result, we may consider supporting your application for a work visa, subject to local legal requirements.

Will Firmenich keep my resume on file for future opportunities?

Your resume will remain in our database, unless you decide to delete your candidate profile.  However, we encourage you to apply directly for any positions that you are interested in.  

How can I remove my profile?

If you wish to no longer be considered for opportunities with us, you can opt to delete your profile. Log in and select “Options”, then “Settings” and “Delete Profile.” You can always change your mind, create a new profile and apply for future positions.
