QC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the workflow in the Quality Control Lab and delegate the tasks to deliver timely results
• In case of out of specifications or customer complaints, renew the tests and carry out root cause analysis in cooperation with Quality Assurance
• Assign lab. technicians to carry out tests in process control points and control the analysis results
• Monitor preparation of safety data sheet, product specification sheet and analysis certificate in the lab
• Conducts quality control retests end ensure olfactive controls are done
• Ensure that lab working area is maintained clean and organized
• Monitor and control laboratory needs
• Follow up routine maintanence/calibration schedule of laboratory devices, maintanence and file the all calibration reports
• Prepare monthly operating reports

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering  or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QC Lab and related experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in Team Management
• Knowledge of QC instruments and calibration and validation
• Knowledge of GC usage and interpretation is required
• Having quality certificates is preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands
• Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team
• Professional written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
