DRT France - Global Sales Account Manager Chewing

Reporting to the Senior Sales Director of  Industry you manage worldwide accounts to grow revenue and profitability in the Chewing Gum market by establishing DRT/Firmenich as the clients’ key supplier and sustainable partner. Contribute to overall Industry Ingredients sustainable growth globally.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Define accounts objectives and new business opportunities, develop strategy and implement through account plan execution and internal coordination
  • Negotiate with customer best commercial terms (revenues, margins and cash) based on division objectives and strategy
  • Understand and anticipate clients’ needs, lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities
  • Oversee entire value chain to ensure and monitor customer satisfaction and initiate corrective action through internal leadership. Stay close to operational, supply and purchasing teams to win collectively.
  • Build the annual sales budget and monitor sales and profitability vs targets
  • Share visit reports, clients information and feedback, competitive intelligence

  • Advanced sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong product expertise (product, market, consumer, technical/technology) 
  • Ability to define, prioritize and implement action plans according to business opportunities and success factors, through decision-making skills and leadership position internally
