We are currently looking for a Summer Intern to work with Internal Logistics at our Plainsboro, NJ manufacturing facility. Internships begin the first week of June through the third week of August. Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (40 hours per week).
Gain hands-on experience in inventory management and supply chain operations. The internship provides an opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced professionals and learn about industry best practices. The intern will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will enhance their skills in data analysis, report writing, and documentation. Your key responsibilities
- Rewriting procedures key standards to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Creating documentation for inventory management cycles, destruction, decision trees, etc. to maintain accurate records.
- Creating reports for monitoring ageing stock to ensure timely inventory turnover.
- Creating reports for cycle count management to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Creating reports for opportunistic reassignment of materials to optimize inventory utilization.
- Managing stock discrepancies with packaging to ensure accurate inventory counts.

You bring
- Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and have completed at least two full years of graduate study prior to the start of the internship
- Availability to work full-time (40 hour per week) for 12 weeks beginning on June 3, 2024 – August 23, 2024.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
